Washcloth Snowman- winter art/craft for elementary grades

What a great project! Everything comes precut and ready for glue!
You need:
  • Washcloth Snowman Kit
  • Fabric Glue
  • Bean Bag Fill or Dried Beans
Our project prepack makes 1 snowman kit.
Instructions:
Note: Kit comes with illustrated instructions which will make this much easier to follow.

Lay the washcloth out on work surface. Put two tablespoons of beanbag fill in the center of the washcloth. Beginning at one corner, roll the washcloth toward the middle. Roll the opposite corner toward the middle until the rolls meet in the center. Fold in half lengthwise, rolled side inward. Keep the fold (with the beanbag fill) toward the bottom. Hold the top parts together and fold them down backwards 2″. Use white pipe cleaner to tie around and form a neck and hold the folded ends in place. Cut, bend and glue pipe cleaners in place for arms. Fold up the brim on the hat, gluing in place. Glue ends to make a loop. Bunch top of hat together. Use red pipe cleaner to hold bunched felt in together. Glue on hat, scarf, eyes, buttons and nose.
